Sam & Emily | Engagement Session | Downtown Phoenix, Arizona

For those familiar with my work, you know that I am a big fan of photographing people inside cool properties (Especially in the heat of the Arizona summer). Arizona is a hot spot for historical boutique hotels. Sam and Emily chose the Hotel San Carlos in the heart of Downtown Phoenix for their engagement session. I really like the quirky nature of these rooms and chose to steer into a more cinematic style to support that quirky mood. We spent about half of the shoot in the room before we headed down to the street for the sunset. Sam and Emily were both equally invested in getting photos that they felt reflected them.
